Message	Cussing people out and typing in ALL CAPS all the time tends to take away from your credibility. I wouldn't ever want to business with an operation where I was concerned that a misunderstanding would turn into a cursing scream-fest. The kid listed a number of problems that he had regarding cost, turn around time, etc. Are they all lies? Your best strategy here is to take each point and either confirm or deny it. Apologize where you screwed up and point out where he's making crap up. Just some friendly advice.
